What the Site is (and is not)

• A public marketing / orientation brochure for the Guardian One / operating-systems product line.
• Not a live control-plane login for Pantheon agents.
• Not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a doctor–patient relationship.
• Not an FDA-cleared medical device or a substitute for institutional security review.
• Not an emergency service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse forms, scrape aggressively, or attempt to disrupt the Site
• Submit unlawful content, malware, or others’ personal data without rights
• Misrepresent affiliation with JTMDAI Development Group LLC or any hospital employer
• Use the Site to provide regulated clinical care to patients

Intellectual property

Site text, design, and branding are owned by JTMDAI Development Group LLC or used under license unless marked otherwise. Do not copy substantial content for commercial reuse without permission.

Third-party links and privacy

Outbound links have their own terms. Privacy practices for analytics, hosting, and contact paths are described in the Privacy Policy (consent-gated analytics). See also the FAQ.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is.” No warranty of uninterrupted availability or error-free content. Educational or technical writing may become outdated. To the fullest extent allowed by law, JTMDAI Development Group LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from Site use. Counsel must finalize caps; this DRAFT does not invent dollar caps.

Governing law & changes

Laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without conflict-of-law rules, unless counsel revises. We may update these Terms by posting a new version; while marked DRAFT, the text remains provisional.
