Who we are

JTMDAI Development Group LLC operates the website at https://www.guardianoneoperatingsystems.io (“Site”). Contact for privacy questions: hello@jtmdai.com.

Short version

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not run advertising trackers or cross-site ad profiling on this brochure Site.
  • Visit analytics, if enabled on this Site, load only after you Accept a cookie / consent banner. Decline leaves analytics off for that visit.
  • Information you send via email or a contact path is used to respond to you.
  • This brochure is marketing and orientation — not a live control-plane login.

Information we receive

Information you submit

Email you send to hello@jtmdai.com, and any fields you choose to send through a published contact path (name, email, message). Do not send protected health information through public forms.

Visit analytics (consent-gated)

Before Accept: no analytics script / no analytics events from a banner-gated loader. After Accept: we may collect page URL, referrer, and basic browser/device context via an analytics vendor to understand traffic. Decline: analytics stay off for that visit. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control where the Site already does — if either signal is on, prefer collecting no analytics even after a prior Accept, unless counsel directs otherwise.

Hosting and security logs

Hosting / CDN (Cloudflare Pages) may process IP and request headers for delivery and security.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and keep ordinary correspondence records.
  • Operate, secure, and fix the Site.
  • Count visits and improve content only with analytics consent as above.

Processors

  • Cloudflare — hosting / CDN delivery and security.
  • Analytics vendor (commonly PostHog on sibling JTMDAI surfaces) — consent-gated visit metrics, if wired on this Site.

Cookies

A cookie / consent banner appears before analytics load when analytics are present. Accept enables analytics; Decline does not. Essential hosting/security technologies from the CDN may still apply to deliver the Site. See also Terms and FAQ.

Retention, choices, children

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records. You may Decline the banner, clear site data, or email hello@jtmdai.com about a message we still hold. The Site is not directed at children under 13.

Governing framing & changes

Operated from the United States; Minnesota law framing unless counsel updates. We may update this policy; the posted version is current while this page remains marked DRAFT.
